Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the web shop. The Norwegian version governs.
Status
The web shop is intended to follow WCAG 2.1 level AA, as the Norwegian regulation on universal design of ICT requires. We have partly tested it, including keyboard navigation, contrast, form labelling for screen readers and respect for the reduced motion setting. We have not yet done a full independent audit, so we regard the solution as partly compliant.
Known gaps
- Some animations follow your finger on mobile. They are turned off if you choose reduced motion, but are not fully tested with all assistive technology.
- Product images and documents we upload may lack a full text alternative.

If something is not accessible, email post@vitoma.no or call +47 463 89 828. We reply as quickly as we can and fix errors.
Supervision
If you are not satisfied with our reply you can report the matter to the Norwegian Authority for Universal Design of ICT at the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir).
