Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy from us online. The Norwegian version governs.
The deadline
The deadline is 14 days and starts the day after you or someone you appoint received the goods. If one order is delivered in several parts, the deadline runs from receipt of the last part. You must notify us before the deadline expires. It is enough that the notice is sent in time.
How to withdraw
Send a clear message to post@vitoma.no or to Sørflåtveien 59, 4018 Stavanger. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. State the order number, which goods it concerns, your name and address.
Return and costs
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you withdraw. You pay the cost of returning the goods. Heavy and large goods, such as boards and timber, can instead be handed in at our warehouse by agreement. The goods must be in the same condition as you received them. We can claim compensation for reduced value if you used the goods more than necessary to inspect them.
Refund
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we were told you withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you show proof that they were sent. The refund goes back the way you paid, unless we agree otherwise.
When the right does not apply
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, for example materials cut or adapted to measurements you ordered.
- Goods that can quickly spoil.
- Orders from businesses. The act only covers consumers.
